Bowflex: Results
Final Thoughts:
If you haven’t been exercising and you start a program, you will find out that you can get results as long as you are consistent. The Schwinn Bowflex makes it easier to be consistent. The only time that I have missed a work out is because of my travel schedule.
The complaints that I have seem to have been addressed in the latest Bowflex model, the Bowflex Sport. It looks almost identical to the Schwinn Comp. For $200 more, you will get a leg extension/curl attachment plus a squat station. It does not say, however, if the leg press belt is included.
I am very happy with the purchase of the Schwinn Comp. The equipment is solid and it feels like it will last a long time. I will be upgrading it to 310 pounds very soon. If I need further resistance for my lower body, I will look into purchasing resistance bands, possibly from
