The Bowflex Body Plan book also recommends taking measurements before and after.
As my results were focused on strength training, I did not change my eating plans. It was a pleasant surprise to see that my waist area did go down. I will admit that I was disappointed that my arm size did not change. This is because I saw a noticeable difference in the definition of my upper arms, especially in the triceps area. I am going to continue using the Bowflex Body Plan workout for the next 6 weeks, which is the end of the beginners program. |
