Bowflex Motivational Tips

Put your Bowflex in a room that you visit often. It's much easier to remember to workout if you walk faster Bowflex several times during the day; it's easy to forget if your Bowflex is in the attic or basement.

Get the whole family involved. It's easier to stay motivated when everybody around you is doing it.

Keep a logbook so you can keep track of your progress. You'll be more likely to stick with it when you can see the improvement.
